The following are the manner in which our company referral program works:

One-Time Project

Any project with a deadline, such as website development, email templates, and design projects, is referred to as a One-Time project. Once the invoices are paid by the referrer, we pay a 20% kickback. Projects of this nature can be divided into two or three equal installments over a period of approx. 2-5 months.

Ongoing Business

SEO/SEM campaigns and the Offshore Remote Teams model, both of which have a fixed monthly payment commitment, are examples of ongoing businesses. Such agreements are for a minimum of three months and continue until specifically terminated. In such circumstances, after the invoices are paid by the referrer, a 10% kick-back is provided on a monthly basis.

Terms & Conditions

Before engaging in the company referral program, there are various points of agreement that must be considered.

  • You earn 20% of the project value as a kickback if you sell a one-time project.
  •  If you assist us in transforming the customer to a recurring agreement, you will be paid 10% of the contract value monthly on receipt of realization for the first 12 months.
  • If the payment from the referred client is canceled for any cause, the referral will be terminated as well.
  • Every month, an invoice would need to be generated from your end.

FAQs

1. When will I get paid?

We will issue your payment within 15 working days once we receive payment from the referee.

2. What if the referee left without being paid?

There will be no payment to the referrer in such circumstances.

3. What if the referee awards a separate project? Will I be rewarded?

Currently, the referral policy only applies to the first project only.

4. How do I get paid?

We demand you to send us an invoice, which must be paid within 15 days.

5. I know someone who is interested in working with you. How do I refer?

You can provide us with their contact information and one of our sales professionals will contact them personally. If necessary, we are willing to withhold the referee’s information.

6. Who do I tell about the referral?

If you’re already a client, you may tell our Client Success Manager, Account Manager, or Sales Representative about your reference, and they’ll handle it from there. You may also introduce yourself at info@divsnpixel.com
